Great to catch up with all the usual suspects and a lot of new faces too! The CCG bahaved and had a brilliant hit out again this year. We all thought that this year was the most social of recent years so a good sign for the future of the yota brethren.

Thanks for the big rap River...piss funny! We Canberrans love to leave Canberra, let rip and then return to our little sleepy town. At least this year we behaved and still had a fantastic time.

Also. special thanks to Grant, Dave, Danae, Beck and all the unsung supporters that made the event such a pleasure to attend. I absolutely love driving Tweety every day and get a huge kick out of the support for the lil 22. I was VERY pleased to get the 3rd place award this year...inspirational. You will be glad to know that my 'Tool Award' has pride of place with all my other 'trophies'...in my garage!!!!!

Will look forward to catching up over the coming year at other events and getting ready for next years YotaNats!
    Cheers
    Mitch

    Hi,

Well, it's been over a week now and I'm waiting to see the Show & Shine awards. I'm dying to see who won the pre-86 stock class.

River, I've got the results, but I'm away from home on work, no time at the moment, will get it up when life settles down a little. Hopefully this weekend.

    River,

The Trophy list does show a Pre 86 Original Class which is obviously why you drove to dubbo just to enter the Show and Shine but I must have missed it at the awards dinner.

OK, everyone has been on my case about getting the results on up the website, so here they are

    Head to

    http://www.toyota-nationals.org.au/html/results.htm

Here are the results, hot off the press from Grant(OK 2 weeks late, but that's my fault)

Was quickest female really 9.89? I remember collecting a card for a certain Cressida driver that read 8.89

Kylie Myers best time was indeed 8.89 in her Cressida, Not sure what the go there is ? I'm sure Grant will correct any errors that are discovered or clear things up as to the results.

I think it was more along the lines that Kylie entered on the day as a normal drag racing compeditor, not as a Nationals entrant and even though she was faster, the results didn't count towards Nationals results, I think....Jase or Grant can clarify it though.
