Piston throwing would be a hoot but I don't think our insurance would cover that somehow.

I have a 4AG head - what are they needed for and will they still be any good afterwards?

I'm planning to run a spark plug removal/ replacement comp back at the hotel on the saturday arfternoon. Basically you have the heads set up either end of the table and a set of tools. The person with the quickest time to R&R the plugs wins. I did many years ago at a club event and it was a hoot. SO, to answer the question fully, the heads would definitely NOT get damaged.

Sounds like fun, car is washed and detailed ready, just hope it doesn't get too dirty between now and the drive out.

Is there a car wash in Dubbo?
Also the heads could get damaged if someone cross-threaded a plug. They would be rushing and mistakes happen.

2 car washes in Dubbo. No free tokens this year though.

Yes, you're right, holes could be xthreaded so maybe consider that if you want to donate a head for the comp.
