    I'm fairly sure it's not restricted (unlike liquid nitrogen), so you can just buy it.

    Actually you will probably gain a few xtra KW. Dyno Dynamics dyno's compensate for temperature as part of the Shoot Out mode. As such while your car will actually be running worse your Dyno figure will not suffer. Common beleif is it actually overcompensates slightly (Very minor)
