Winton Fun Day - December 17 2006

This is one of the Celica's that belongs to my cousin Shannon (KOOL22). The photo's are of our uncle Wayne getting ready to take it out for first run. The car has all the old running gear that came out of KOOL22 before he upgraded the motor. It runs 3T with Webber, K&N air filter, extractors and exhaust. Our other cousin scott (Wayne's son) just painted it last week because he had some VT tiger mica given to him a while back. He calls it his "10 foot paint job"

That's all for now, I must say a big thanks to Shannon and Scott for convincing AJ and I to finally come up to join in the fun. The TA22 track car was good fun out on the track, cant wait to get back up in January

Is the Jan trackday an open day or cars only?, if its an open day i'll be able to get my mate who can bring his superbike and tow me down there.

It is a Fun Day, no bikes, but if you check the Winton website they have a number of Test and Tune days where you can bring your bike. You can bring your bike to any of the "Open Practice" days

Next Winton Funday only two weeks away (28th Jan)

Don't know if Paul & I will be able to make it as we will be moving into our new rental that week end but we will be trying our hardest Maybe I'll even get brave and drive this time
