d) A few days before the day, when we have a definate number, not just ... 12 or whatever we're on now, I will call and make sure they know the final figure. I will also check, maybe even tomorrow, that we're still cool for the more than ten that we're bringing. I can't imagine it being a problem, but like mr gump said, sh1t happens.
