I have been looking around on ebay, and this company ( KgCM2 ) has come up with some faily cheap boost controllers, both electronic, and single / dual stage manual.
Has anyone have one, seen them, heard anything about them?? I'm only looking at one of the single stage manual controllers, and they are much cheaper than the usual turbosmart items, but I am concerned as to whether they are both cheap in quality as well as price. Logically, they are very simple device, so there is little to go wrong, but you just never know.
Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks.

alright fine... i'll say something
i've never seen or heard it b4, and with a brand name like KgCM2.. i personally wouldn't touch it, unless someone has tried it.. (and in your case, since nobody's commenting, means nobody has, could also mean it's new to the market) here's what's going for you
1. it's a simple device that controls vacuum
and here's what's going against you
1. it's a device that controls vacuum which controls how much boost your engine will get..
... what's wrong with a turbosmart dual stage boost controller (apart from the slightly higher price)?? it's a more reputable product (which also has it's issues with compability i hear)... and really, if u think u wan to get it because of the price, u should think about it yourself, buy it, try it, and if it's good, recommend it to everyone... if it's not good, hey, it's cheap and from ebay.. worth the lesson hey...?
my advice, try it with a proper boost gauge, and if it keeps over-boosting or isn't doing wat it's supposed to be, junk it.. otherwise u're the first to score and can recommend it to everyone![]()
Research has shown child in front seat causes accidents, accident in back seat causes child
Well, thank you ( I think ) vios.
You basically just told me what I was thinking.
However, as I have secured a turbosmart for around the same money, I don't have the issue of risking $150 to try one out.
