just remove the tvis butterflies then block up the holes with a metal epoxy cant rem if you are using just a 4age or gze if its a gze you will need longer studs as the gze ones are shorter

RWD inlet manifold can bolt directly to the head without the TVIS plate, however it requires some minor filling with a TIG welder in the valleys, cause its too close to the edge of the port, and will leak past the gasket.

If it's a bigport then it'll have the same issues. You'll need the TVIS plate or weld in the valleys.

I run a GT28RS on my turbo 20v, crower rods, Arias pistons, 8.0:1 comp ratio, 550cc injectors, HKS ex mani, running 18psi to 8500rpm, spools very quick.

no need at all for a metal HG, just use a factory toyota 4agze jobbie.
you'll need some oil lines made up (i got 2 x 50cm braided lines with various fittings for 125 quid), fittings for teeing into the heater pipes, hose, hose clamps etc.

Yep, I just discovered this too..but with the FWD bigport manifold.I wondered where all the oily/petrol crap was coming from on top my bigport manifolds runners!
MrShin, did you 'squash' circular pipe to make the runners that attached to the intake flange on the head? Are those coil packs in the pic a straight bolt in?

    Cheers, Nick.

Instead of paying $700 for a new t25 or t25g.....get a good condition second hand T28 off a S15 they can be got for $700 and under....and i know of a place that has a GTI-R T28 which is the largest of the stock SR T28's released.
