Angry Stolen.... Items from my shed

Came home from work this mornig to find my gate WIDE open, my house mate and I had a look around and found that the pad lock normally on the gate was missing, noe evdence of being broken, just gone.

we strolled into the shed, after noticing they broke the door to get in!
to find our large cupboard open and my 3 autometer gauges, shift Light and laptop gone!

The gauges were brand new in boxes, Autometer silver ones, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp

The shift Light was brand new in box. Gizmo

The laptop is old but used for tuning my car and the house mates 120y with 4AGZE, so we've lost all our maps and changes done over the last couple of weeks .

Thats sucks, My mate had his Big Ass LCD screen stolen the other day, no insurance. He got it on Buy now Pay later too, so now he is paying for a TV he doesn't have.

Did the cops do anything? They don't seem to do much with Break in's, just enough to make the insurance companies happy..

Will keep a listen out for any people selling this stuff Justin, they deserve a kick in the throat if caught

Like Justen said too, sounds like it will be someone you know or a dodgey mate of a mate unfortunately.

Thanks guys, sorry seeing as they are all just store bought bits and the lap top was VERY old, (P2 something old like that) we don't have any numbers, The Fuzz came over and dud the insurance purpose thing. but interesting thing happened yesterday was I had one of the local bum kids rock up at my house asking if i'd had a bike stolen and he reckon'd he knew where it was but couldn't remeber the address, told the scruff head to come back in 30min as I was in the middle of dinner and also so I could contact the owner (toysprinta aka steve) Steve came over but the little bum didn't come back..... suss........hmmm

You should have zip-tied the little roach to your letter box until you finished dinner and then checked if he could remember the address.

That's bad news at the best of times. My son had his gauges and auto tacho ripped from his car a couple of weeks ago. Apparently they went through most of the cars in the carpark at the old Inn on Windsor Road (NSW). Cost us a new passenger window and door trim too!

The worst of it is that the items would probably be useless once they were cut.
