Default Radiator Hose for engine conversion

As the title says, I trying to figure out the best way to join the 1JZ to the modified VL radiator, all the outlet, both on the engine and radiator are 34mm, the lower VL /RB30 hose is close to the right shape but is the wrong ID (38mm) the standard Soarer one is to short. The top hose neither hose is the right shape as it is a straightened 'Z' shape.
    Anybody got any sugguestions?
I have looked at this item but has 32mm adapters 2mm too small

have you tried super cheap or something like that?

i used them for radiator hoses on the 2j and they had heaps of different shapes and some with different sizes on each end, like a built in reducer.

we had to bend up a piece of wire in the required shape and take it to supercheap and find a piece that matches.

the one we found had a few bends extra but we just cut them off until the piece was the right shape.

p.s do you know if you put a 1j in your vl it won't go zututututu anymore?

if you have some spare hoses laying around, just chop and join so you get the right bends where you want them, and slide them onto a peice of metal tubing and clamp it on. if not, work out the bends you need, buy a hose or 2 with the right bits and chop it up to make it the right shape
oinly if you cant find something that does the job already tho

i used those convoluted universal hoses in a 20v conversion i did. they pretty much bend to the shape they need to to join, and they don't kink.

I do it the same way that placentajuan does it. Try to get something stock that fits from $upercheap OR get two and join with tube and hose clamps.

just go into supercheap and goto their "rubber rack"

i did this a few days ago when i needed pipes for my 1J.

everything fits as per factory, in other words, great!
