Fitting a Steering Wheel

hey guys, i got a cheap boss kit of ebay for my RT142 that used to be attached to a ST141 and then i recently got a steering wheel off ebay. my problem is that the boss kit and steering wheel are completely different. What sort of boss kit am i looking for to fit this wheel? is the one i have the right one but im missing some sort of adaptor plate?

nahh no adapter plate looks like they sent u the wrong wheel or the wrong boss

if the boss fits on the splines then they sent u the wrong wheel cause the wheel bolt holes should just line straight up with the boss and u screw it on with those alan key bolts

When my sister wanted to buy me a boss kit for my bday i just gave her the wheel, she took it down to some autobahn type place and asked for a boss kit for that particular wheel and to suit toyota, seemed to work as i had no idea what boss kit to get

Hi DBoy,

I'm afraid you have mismatched bits!

The Boss is Formuling brand. I don't think you can buy Formuling wheels new anymore.

The wheel you have is SAAS or Autotechnica. You need a SAAS/Autotechnica boss to fit it.

yeah i figured i had miss matched bits. the boss only cost me 20bucks second hand. guess i will have to go to autobarn and fork out another 50

i bought me steering wheel and was given the choice to purchase the boss kit for extra $20 !!! was a good deal, well so far so good im just missing a steering wheel lol.. hopefully it will arrive shortly.. OR ELSE
