afiak jack 'er up throw her in gear, get someone to hold the other wheel and try and spin the one on ur side
an lsd will lock/be stiff, and an open will offer little to no resistance, unless its shagged in which cas it will tell you its an lsd
I just brought a ta22 and as far as i know it is completely stock
butt i engaged in many burnouts to test its power and from my knowledge
and ta22 stock diff is not LSD but it seems from my burnouts that both wheels are recieving equal power(im getting 2 equal tire marks)
These are Photos of it to help

Sounds safe. The idea is right but the method is a little dodgey for the mate you want to hold the wheelOriginally Posted by skiddz

Just jack up one rear wheel, leave the other in contact with the ground. (have the front wheels chocked) release the handbrake, try to turn the raised wheel by hand or put a wheel brace on one wheel nut and attempt to tighten it. The resistance or lack of it should answer your question regarding LSD.
