since it goes to the dizzy, wouldn't the NE+ and NE- go to the reluctor pickup..

Well the 7MGTE doesnt have a dizzy , Im trying to wire a BEE-R power builder

Tells me i have a wire for the following

    RPM Signal
    Ignition Signal

    Also negative and positive

Obviously the unit needs to see RPM and also interact to cut the Ignition

waste-spark toyotas use 3 signals to provide rpm and crank position.

On a 7mgte the cam sensor plugs in where a dizzi would normally.

NE - is a 24 tooth wheel driven at cam speed so it provides 12 pulses per engine crank of 360 degrees
G1 & G2 are single pulses 180 degrees apart in the sensor housing (a cut down dizzi) but at crank speed, they each provide two pulses every 360 degrees and signals are out by 90 degrees on the crank providing enough data to work out cam position.

FYI guys, CAS = Dizzy, they are one are the same, and that is what Cool1 was referring to.

Sure the CAS doesn't have the leads connected, but the wiring internally is the same.

And NE is the 24 tooth disc pickup.
