    ok i think ive already done that, but ill give it a go anyway. all the ajustments on the carby are probly all screwed up though. cause the dude i bought them off just rebuilt them that was it.

    What Alfa were they for? If they were on a 1600 the idle jet is likely to be too small.

    See a carby specialist on that one mate. Im no carby guru, i get them running and send them elsewhere to be tuned.
