Anyone know if it even looks remotely like a TRD manifold not to mention that doesn't look like titanium to me. Also is that a crack in the middle of it.

the 7m has evenly spaced exhaust ports, the 1G has 3 pairs of ports... there's not a snow flakes hope in hell they'll match, even if the studs were close... and nah, doesn't look abit like titanium (for starters, it looks rusty)... noone in their right mind would make a titanium manifold for a 1G/7M

Most likely it's SS as they turn a rusty kinda colour after alot of use. The flanges are prob mild steel though. Better off getting a steam pipe manifold made as they are more durable and less prone to cracking.
