I made the deduction that it was (if you're a Toymods Financial Member) that your rep power would go up in increments of 1 for every 25 rep that you're given, excluding the first 25 where it becomes 1. That's the only way it's made sense to me so far...

Nope financial members are the same as anyone else from what I can see, its just a combo of many things, mine is so high mainly because of my post count which as far as I know is the highest on the forum .

Also what happens soon are the admins rep powers going to be increased there is a fair few regular members that now pack just as much punch as the admin. Not sure how often the admin account is used for repping though .

you've made 1000 posts though, actually it'd be 3 just from rep because you start at +1 remember. Then from the time you've been on the forums ie over a year is another +1, then post whoring got you the other +3.

the best way to find this out is from an admin, there's an option in vbulletin settings that lets you set when and by how much rep power increases

We use vbulletin on our forums so yeh

EDIT: at the moment mine makes sense to me. I've made 300 odd posts and on rep of 100+ and my rep power is +4, not sure about -ve rep because i don't give it out unless there's something really bad

So +1 for every 100 posts and another +1 for the amount of rep not sure about everyone else
