do you have a programmable computer? if not then what are they supposed to tune on the dyno?
a dyno run may show up issues that exist, like bad AFR, timing probs etc, but unless you can adjust the ECU for this, "there is no tune"
but as a diagnostic tool, it may help show what needs replacing...
have you checked compression, replaced all consumables (ignition/filters etc) and done everything to make it in tip top shape already?? if not, that is first step.
