the blocks are pretty similar, but the rods pistons and crank? are different, while a 4age CAN be put onto a 4afc block it's a lot of work and just isn't worth it.
Best thing to do is get a complete 4age with box and driveshafts to go in, it's a bolt in job
You'll also need the efi fuel tank, fuel lines, etc etc to do the conversion.
also you would of heard of a 7age, 7afe block and rods, 20valve head is generally what's done, the 7a is 1.8L vs 1.6L

In saying that, the 4age's are quite cheap these days so it's not too hard pulling out the 4afe and putting in the 4age.
