I have Caldina GT4 2003 year,Im really very confused about gearbox oil change cause in my country (Georgia) nobody knows what oil to put it so i want your help,please recommend me the right oil for my gearbox,also i dont know the exact model of gearbox and i also have problems with front spark heads which are from TRD and i dont know where and how to get them

So this is my cars "ID" and the Gearbox number is U140F-01B,now as I googled it,those gearboxes are installed in Rav4 but i could find out how much is oil capacity in it and what type of oil should be in it...
