Curious Alternator issues (charging)

All the brackets were pulled off when I changed the Alternator as the alternators mounted differently and yes the brakets were done up tight and were cleaned.

I have looked at the wire from the Alt to the battery and it has current flow but I will look at it again. Testing the voltages there were those same faults measured at the alternator as the battery.

Cool1 was on the money with a dodgy 12v to the alternator now (hopefully) sorted.
