w5x gearbox weights

hey guys

can i get someone to weigh either a w55 or w57 etc etc gearbox please

without oil, including bellhousing, clutch fork etc.

looking for a reasonably accurate figure

Never personally weighed one buy anecdotal evidence states 35kg dry.

i have one bare W57 without oil in it, ill see what i can do (remember) this arvo/tonight for ya.

not to heavy able to lift it past my head......had it slighty resting on my chest when installing it. no hoist = backyard attempt NO OH&S

Bahhh, its the lightest of all the options.

W50 is about 10kg heavier
R154 is about 20kg heavier
And autobox's are even heavier again! By quiet a lot.
