Put you motor on #1 ignition mark on harmonic balencer, check that it is ignition stroke by blowing down spark plug hole with a bit of hose, if it builds up pressure it is ignition, if blows through inlet exhaust rotate motor 180 degrees.
Decide which plug lead position on cap you want to be #1, put dizzy in block with Rotor button pointing to that position, rotate dizzy until points just start to open, lock off.
Should start and run if everything else is happening as you said with fuel and spark etc.
