HTML in signature

well I searched for this, thinking that someone may have posted up about it before, but I found nothing.

I notice that a lot of people have HTML links in their sig's, and despite my best efforts (even going to the trouble of looking up tutorials on HTML usage!) I'm still unable to link my forum member's rides thread to my sig. I just wanted to find out if anyone else had trouble with this in the past and if there was any quick resolution or something obvious which I may have overlooked.

You need to use the [ URL="link here" ] text to show for link here [/ url] tags, without the spaces obviously.

cheers for teh info, both ed and dale (same time posted). and here I was thinking it was to do with HTML tags. I completely forgot about URL tags. cheers for the info, and I now have two functioning links in my sig!
