    Default TCCQ Show-n-Shine - Sun 19th October

    TCCQ Show and Shine: All Toyota Day

    Given that All Toyota Day for 2008 got merged with the Z-club's Classic Jap day, we (the Toyota Car Club Qld committee) figured that our club could at least resurrect the name of the event for the club.

    Sunday 19th October, 10:30am to 3:00pm

    Hawkins Garden Centre,
    1666 Old Cleveland Rd, Chandler 4155
    (www.hawkins.net.au)

    Free entry into the Show-n-Shine competition

    Trophy ceremony at end of that day

    Categories: Best Modern (post '96), Best Classic (pre '86), Best Modified, Best Original (3 mods maximum), WTF!

    The garden centre has a restaurant so no need to bring food.

    Park in the main car park and walk thru the centre to the show.

    What a great idea!
    The Jap Show n Shine was very good....but, as a certified Toyota Nutcase, I found it hard to get excited about all those 'other' makes there! Oh well, at least there were no falcodores there. (Did see a guy with a 'Ford' cap on....some nerve eh!)
    So...give us some more details.
    Is this open to us that are not members of the Toyota Car Club?
    How about a few Toymodders posting here to get the ball rolling as to who might turn up!
    I'd love to come, but being 60+ kms the other side of Gympie is a bit of a drive if no one turns up.

    Count me in... sounds like a good day... i drive past there on my way to work! but unfortunetly my ra28 wont be.. just about to send her to paint.. *sigh* 9 months and counting on this build now.. lol.. getting there though.

    This is some of the cars... my camera has started taking retarded photos when the lighting is variable (e.g. in the forest or under trees) so some detail is being lost or over-exposed.
