Default Celica RA65 pop up lights

hey, a couple days ago when i was trying to install my cd player later that night when i tried to drive my lights didn't pop up. the lights still turned on but didn't pop up and i had to wind it up manually. just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem. i looked over the fuses and i don't think any of them are blown. also my cd player isn't working either so if anyone knows which colour wires for the radio do what that would also be helpful.

There are fuseable links near the battery that power the pop up light motors... check them at a guess! There is a plug that come come loose (or the links might be blown)...
