Then no, until you change the computer they are just going to make the car slower and use more fuel.

Once you change the computer, they will only use more fuel.

With a new computer they should be OK (but completely unnecessary).

I wouldn't stress too much about that mate, if you're going to fit them, go right ahead, but if you do decide to go to bigger injectors later on (after it's tuned) they can re-tune it very easily for the bigger injectors by simply adjusting the overall fuel trim: IE if you put in 20% bigger injectors, they'll take out 20% fuel across the board with a single swipe. That being said, if it's getting tuned, there's no reason at all not to put in some bigger injectors anyway, just get them cleaned and flowtested first. And a bigger pump and FPR too

shouldnt need a fpr... unless its runnin massive power, an aftermarket fpr is the killer of all economy. if you cant get enough fuel in with the set pressure theres something wrong. depending what motor it is of course. being a ze the fpr should be easily capable

Tuning before fitting turbo would be a bit like... fitting plaster before building the walls for your house. Fit appropriate injectors, (7MGTE ones would maybe do), suitable pump etc., and fit your ECU and get it tuned, but if you changed to a turbo later one you really should be tuning it again! You'll be changing the inlet manifold and piping to begin with, and the different airflow etc. from the turbo will completely mess everything up..
