why not contact some people in KL? it's probably cheaper in terms of shipping, and the goods there aren't too expensive..

KL clutch company (i think that's what it's called) have done a custom clutch combo for me once and it's not too bad.. is used in a race-car somewhere now...

    anyway

Sunbury Brakes sell HD clutch kits to suit the 1GGTE. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/TOYOTA-SUPRA-...QQcmdZViewItem

Alternatively, you could get the old presure plate rebuilt by just about any clutch specialist.

Hi there ya'll. I admit I am a noob when it comes to the 1ggte. Just wondering however where to find the pbr clutch kit for the 1ggte, cause when i went to the website it is just about brakes. i knew they did brakes since i live right down the road from their research and development facility here in the USA. Also, i have looked around and tried to do some research on the issue of seeing if a 7M clutch will work on the 1g flywheel. both engines utilizes the w58 tranny but i don't know if the bell housing is different. Really need help as my clutch decided it didn't like me anymore and literly broke and sent something clanging around my tranny.
any help will be greatly appriecated. Cause there just isn't any support of here in the america's !!! if you can please give web pages to any clutch kits that will work. i am pretty sure my 1ggte is a gen 3 since the boost guage show a strong 10psi all day long (taking into account the 1psi drop from intercooler)
thanks again and i believe ya'll will be seeing alot of me in other topics lol

Yes, a 7M-GE (not GTE) clutch will work on a 1G, so you have plenty of options there.
