I think you should be able to scan them with one of those adapters to scan negatives (from cameras). You woud need to blow the up fairly well though, so a high res scanner would be a big help (most of them are good these days anyhow).

some libraries have machines that are hooked up to print out paper copies, not sure if there are any around these days though...
a good idea is to get it automatically printing the entire lot, print to file,
only thing is if each page has to be setup to view before printing it could take
forever and a day lol...
Yeah the library here has one at $1.00 per copy.
Houston we have a microfiche which will read A4 and a6 pages at dual magnification.
