    To be honest I don't think it would be noticable, especially compared to a pad of a better suited compound. I wouldn't try to adapt a caliper unless I was planning to upgrade rotor size too.

    i tend to agree about the pads

    , i just saw this thread. i posted in your wated thread...


    if youve already got 270mm rotors then short of using some st205, 320mm items i wouldnt stress. got some tops pads (with suitable heat rnage for what your suing it for track/street), slotted rotors and some *good* fluid in there and you should be in business.

    spend the cash on better tyres these will bring your stopping distance down

    Thanks guys for all your help. That's a fair point a few of you are making.
    Once I get new discs, pads, fluid etc put in I'll reasses rather then change the calipers too. I just though I may get it all done at once.
