Let me be the first to ask: why??
hi guys i just bought a RA60 parts car and as far as i've been told the 21-RC was running
before it was taken off the road. i was going to use the block from the RA60 (21-RC) in
my RA65 (22-RE) but when we took off the head we noticed there was a difference between
the 21 and 22 pistons..
so now im wondering if its possible to use the block from the RA60 on the RA65 and if
so would i lose power (not that theres is much anyway) by using the block with the EFI
from the RA65?
cheers Jason

well i have a spare 21RC block and my RA65's block is no good.. so i was just going to
change them over so that i could get my RA65 running..
if i cant then i will just rebuild the spare engine and put that into my RA60
not going to happen. the domed 21R-C pistons are going to collide with the squish areas in the 22re head.
Surely it would be cheaper/easier to pick up an RA65 engine from the wreckers and throw that in?

bugger that suks....
i might just do that, but i dont have much money at all so it would take me like 6 weeks to
afford another 22re from the wreckers..
well i might just sell the spare engine or put it on my engine stand and rebuild it for my RA60
that still needs to go over regency
oh well thanks for the info guys
