yea.. alternator to be honest doesnt seem to have changed much.. the car is running a tiny bit better.. not too good for the first 5 mins of drivin tho.. needs an extensive warm up.. i reckon we should rip apart the dash and chuck more earths in there.. and LEDs

I'll definately come to check out the rides at the meeting point as it's close by to my house (5 mins drive). I'd better let my cous Shaz know coz he'll be keen to get out in KOOL 22 as he gets it home to Melbourne this week. Scott didn't let him take it home until it was 100%

After we leave Yea we are heading through Flowerdale, Kinglake and St Andrews which is apparently an awesome road!

Would love to be there, but will be riding that day, be careful on this road, its a pretty deadly road, wheels/motor magazine rated it as one of the most dangerous driving roads in vic, no guard rails, narrow and such. However not sure of your route but if you have the time head from kinglake down to healsville via chum creek, in the same mag they rated it as one of the best in vic.... they have put down new tar(and its the good sticky stuff). Just be careful of wet patches.

Nim, I go to bed about 7.30pm on a Saturday night after I'm all tuckered out from rearranging my stamp collection and baking cookies. We'd love to have you there. The more the merrier.

after a decent warmup, drivin round for like 10 mins, it idles well.. sort of..

(after warmup) i would put the clutch in for red light or wateva, the revs drops immediatly to around 4/500 before it sorta "kicks back" to normal idle, round 1k/1.1k
and thats liveable, it doesnt die, just comes close to it.. BUT whenever i hit the indicator or acc. in general (wipers/demister) in idle, it doesnt stay still and pretty much dies after tryin to stay normal idle..

(before warmup - first 10 mins of drivin on a cold morning) no chance.. dies right away soon as i put the clutch in..

i reckon i should learn to drift.. i work heel toe like a pro now!
