    Hey mate,

I just bought an intercooler from just jap in sydney, it fits PERFECTLY and only cost $189 delivered to Adelaide. Check it out:

    http://www.justjap.com/parts_nintercoolers.htm

Oh yeah... you want this one:

JJR Universal Intercooler - Medium Type Price: $169

    Bar and plate - 450 x 300 x 76 - 3 Inch inlet/outlet

It fits in perfectly behind the bumper either high (so not to draw too much attention-my option) or low (cos it looks cool).

    Cheers

    Craig

PS. I can add a photo if you want, just let me know and give me a day or two.

Pics would be tops. Thanks for the heads up on the type. I was looking at the JJR coolers, but still had to size it up. You've saved me hours

Cheers guy's the pics have been great.

Do you have any with the pluming though the front?
Is everyone taking the pipes under the front member, or cutting though the front wall?

im going to take mine through the front wall, its not structural or anything, and there is already a bit of a gap, with the intercooler i recomended above u need to use 90' bends

This is that just jap 'cooler SillicarS was talking about, i fitted one into my celica before christmas last year and i reckon it looks the goods. It can be fitted with no cutting whatsoever, but it is a tight fit though...

    3 x RA23's + 2 x RA28's = No Backyard!!

    18r-g + straight lpg + t25 turbo + 14 psi = FUN!

I took my pipes through the front wall next to the bumper bar mount brackets. My intercooler has 3" outlets, but as i was using a t25 i reduced it back to 2 !/2". tight radius mandrel bends just sneak through the gap in the rad support panel. From there i just follow the chassis rails up and into my intake. But its only an 18r-c, so pics prolly wont be much good to ya...

(it is a dodgy photo but you can kinda see what i'm talking about... )
