Yes you can establish an International Account. International
Accounts are available for 1) month at $50.00 or 1) year at $350.00
these have to be set up manually. The information contained on the
Toyota TIS Site contains only information for vehicles marketed in
the U.S. so I'm not sure if this would be applicable for vehicles
in Australia.
If you wish to establish an account we can do this over the phone
using a credit card that has U.S. funds available.
Please let me know if you wish to this and the best time to
call you.
Please click on the area called System Requirements to make sure the
system you will be using is configured correctly so that you are able
to properly open and view the documents that you are searching for.

Yeah I am still interested in the OBD stuff. I will try and get some info using my Sister in-laws address in Seattle.

Why not just set it up from aus?

In the email they sent me all that they needed was for me to email my phone number to them (they would call me) and set up the account from there!

I GUESS YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE LOT.

I don't have a download limit at home. I have sent them a mail asking how much just for the OBD stuff. We'll see what they say.

They won't let you do that if your not in the USA tho....(refer to the emails )
