For full effect, all of that must be read in "Comic Book Guy" voice.

Nathan - maybe the extra power came from it being a Supra XXhaha
I will admit that the Soarer feels quicker tho?!.. maybe a drag time slip will put things in perspective?..
Stomps - your time to beat is an easy 16.9s 1/4mile

Its only quick cos there is no compression left in the cylinders which makes it easier to rev hahah just dont put her under load and she'll be sweet

Ur hurting my cars feelings Nathan..... but I neva talked up the RG, just keeping it close to original for original sake, but not for long..... BEAMS powa my friendsOriginally Posted by JustCallMeOrlando
Hmmm interesting thats your dad's car is side draft webers to.. where did he have it tuned/dynoed?
LJ
Yeah, I'm happy to accept the Dyno is accurate. The others I've had done weren't in Shoot-out mode, although some were from "accredited" places.
Good for comparisons anyway since we were all on the same dyno.
My sheet for those who want a look.
Damo, are you going to put up your list of reading/engines?
SPIDA - 1974 TA22 Celica (2TGEU 1600cc with Garrett GT25 320HP turbo) Dyno - 168.9HP at 10PSI, 14.8 sec quarter (so far)

It was last dynoed at a place called "Barrys Dyno" at 108. Dont know how good the dyno was but the guy used to work with Darryl Penley - who was supposedly one of the best Carb tuners around. Darryl built the engine originally and his dyno measured it at 110ish. This was before exhaust, Camshafts and flywheel were done.Originally Posted by [MISFIT]
I suppose Dynos are all relative anyways - its gotta be the same dyno in the same conditions to be able to compare accurately. I'm happy with my 67. It was all I was expecting. If yours is not heavily modified then 20-30HP is what I would expect the difference to be between your RG and my RC.
