    You shouldn't need slicks to get a better 60ft.

    Yes I know, but they can't hurt, and it wasn't my idea anyway, someone just offered them to me for the next time I go out.

    It can't hurt my times, although I mightn't have the power to do a burnout if they are really sticky, oh that would be embarresing....stalling the car on the line....

    I personally wouldn't use slicks on your car, I can see the clutch packing it in as it slips before the tyre do .

    screaminrolla , one of my mates watching said it looked like you were loosing traction coming on to boost and pulling second gear . thought but running a 2 stage conrolla and getting off the line befor hitttin 24psi , might help , if not i have some semmi slicks you can borrow next time , im hopefuliiy going out next wed if i get my tune sorted , you should come back out for a run .
