arp 4age head studs

im wondering what peoples thoughts on tourque settings are for a 4agte with a arp stud kit? i remember a thread on the old fourms that disscused them but there was no conclusion reached. im almost at the point where i tourque the thing down so any info is appreciated!

i followed the procedure that the ARP studs came with. i had no dramas, but remember, lube is your friend.
