    I'll see if I have this right -

    You came out of the turbo, down under the chasis rail, straight out the front and a 90 deg bend into the intercooler?

    That looks dangerously like the same cooler as mine. Bloody hard to get fitting in there properly.

    LOL thats why i sold it to you and got a PWR Aero 2 cooler which was 400mm wide insted of 450mm wide. Made life to engineer the shit heap a lot easier

    i too have the$169 just jap special inta-ma-cooler.

    measurements show it to fit with grille by deleting the vertical grille brace in the centre.

    then like said ru approx 2'' pipes through the same square hole that the bumper brackets run through. bit of rubber around the pipe to avoid metl to metal scraping and all should fit perfectly.
