so it goes striaght in a 4age or do u need a kit or sumthin
I've taken mine out for a drive a couple of times today and so far it's been flawless.
The car gets up to temp quickly, then never budges. It's about 33 degrees here today. I haven't driven for very long yet, but I'm impressed so far.

just put it in the bottom radiator hose, remove thermostat, remove pump impellor, insert thermo probe in top hole, and wire up controller and pump.

It takes some buggering around to get a neat job, I cut the whole nose off the water pump so I could get better belt wrap for the supercharger.
I took it out for a drive yesterday assuming that 40+ temperatures and a ZE should be an interesting experiment and the temperature didn't move - Very impressed.
If you want one, talk to Dale (10sec_rx7) about his thermostat mounts, they are much better than the factory setup (and what I came up with).
And did the temperature move with the factory pump?Originally Posted by Ben Wilson

I was at repco (Rip Every Poor **** Off) some time last year, looking for a new waterpump. The guy tried to sell me a EWP instead of a normal mechanical item... went and bought the toyota item for cheaper later that day![]()
