    Farewell cruise for who?

You should drive up to the rally.
Dont go the main spectator point, go to a road junction up at the High-Eden stage (in the eden valley area, its run late in the day) or something like that.

I saw five sweet Minis going down North Terrace this morning, two were Cooper S's. Thought that they may have been on the way there.

Nah, they went on their own cruise. They were parked in the Maccas West Terrace carpark for about 1/2 hour. I work there, was doing maintenance, so went over to have a look/chat. One of them was running a 1275 bored out to 1310 with a nice lumpy cam, extractors and a close ratio box. Sounded nice n lumpy.
