pardon, what they dont make aftermarket springs or does dale want to use second hand springs?
Im lost dosnt make sense to me, new springs are around $180 retail, i would assume as i dont pay retail, im guessing but it will be close to that.
Second hand springs. you would have to test, then you run the risk of not knowing what work they have done etc.
please feel free to enlighten me to what you want, makes it much easyer!
Think i might take up reading peoples minds! i got some holden and chev springs here and they are only 220 and 260 on the seat, would you like me to take a picture to show you the diameter diffrence

Do 18R's springs fit 18R-G's?
U can buy 18R-G springs in the US for cheap, check ebay.com (not .au).

I thought it was a simple question, but obviosly not simple enough so i will explain.
We race an 18r and im im doing a cam upgrade so i need better springs 18r's are only 45lb. 4 years at 7000rpm no probs.
Not interested in $180 springs when i can buy stock springs for lots of other makes for $40.
So my question was does any one know what else will fit
If you wish to talk to me like a dill some more go ahead. Its not a rocket science question..if ya dont know thats cool. Just thought i would ask the experts.
wasnt talking to you like a dill, was trying to understand what you wanted!
hence the chev pic example!

nissan Lseries 6cyl 2.4,2.6,2.8.
mistsubishi 4g63, 4g63,4g54 1.8 and 2 litre and turbo SOC
MGB 4cyl 1600 and 1800cc
holden gemini/rodeo 1967-82 in 1.6,1.8,2.0,2.4,2.6
Ford 2litre 4cyl sohc cortina and escort 1976-80
thats all according to the Camtech trade book!
^^^ Is that reliable though?
Thanks if it is, cause its very usefull.
Do you know the rate of each in lb's? ie, are they higher than 45lb's?
And, are 18R's the same as 18RG's?
Rodeo was 2.3 not 2.4
