Cam shaft sensor part number is 90919-05007so that should offer the Toyota Dealer you speak to a start to find the plugs for it.

I had a similar problem looking for a new set of Coil pack plugs so I gave them the coil pack part number and and they found out they were the exact same as the MCV20 Camry (Part number 90980-11246 if anyone wants them)

I got the plugs, there on their way from japland as I write this. The plug no. is 10947, which I had to find myself on the plug. This is all dude from castle hill toyo needed to find the plugs and pins. $59.60 total, 2 plugs and 4 pins.

I've already brought new coilpack connectors, got them from the US with my coilpacks, about 200 cheaper than any toyo dealer in oz, also got new injector plugs as well.

Until I get the plugs and install them, can't test timing I'll get my ISCV fixed and injectors flow tested in the mean time.

    An update.

During the week I've done some work on the car due to the cam angle sensor plugs coming in. They have been wired up. I also had my injectors tested and they passed no problems. Now while I was visiting bond auto tech at botany I was quizing him about my problems and he was going thru what he would check. he came up with a few good ones and one that really got me thinking was that if you wire in the coilpack backwards it causes that cylinder to misfire. Umm ok, So I got home checked all my coilpacks and I found one that was wired in reverse, coilpack number 1, rest were fine. So I'm thinking how could one coilpack wired in reverse cause all 6 cylinders to be stuffed?

So I wired the coilpack correctly and fitted the injectors and shit all back together and she fired up first go Took it for a drive and it ran perfectly with the standard ignition (I pulled out the 10 degrees I had on it). I then took it for a second drive later on and again perfect, lots of power, and cruise was perfect, no missing, smooth and responsive.

So I'm hoping its fixed. I'll test more this weekend, and check the plug colours. If it is fixed, unbelieveable that one coilpack wired in reverse can cause so much trouble.

    That is good news mate!

Glad I could help you out on something so simple in the end. Funny, that there was another thread recently about the same thing and nobody picked up that it could have been that I don't think.

Just so people know for reference, the thick wire(has two completely different gauge wires) to the coilpack or black with an orange strip is next to the plug clip.
