ae86 front seats

Does any one know what stock seats will bolt up to ae86 sprinter?
like will certain corolla seats fit? or does only sprinter seats bolt onto sprinter front mounts?

i'm pretty sure that AW11 seats should bolt straight up. I should be able to confirm this in about a day or so

ra60 seats are a close fit (from memory you might have to drill a hole), and you can make ke70 ones fit too.

ma61 seats fit in (not sure if it needs some holes drilled or something), should be the same as ra60 seats

I was told that old skool Soarer seats will also bolt straight into a Sprinter in this thread:

I havn't actually gotten round to buying any, so i can't confirm or deny.

Btw, what is the chassis code of the old shape Soarers? anyone?

I specifically bought stock AE86 seats for my AE71 as I keep bumping my head on the roof. They don't quite bolt straight in (need minor modification of one bolt hole) but are a much more comfortable seat than the AE71 (for me as I'm 6ft) so i guess that rules out getting KE70/AE71 seats for you.

(unless you're a shortass and need to see over your steering wheel)
