i get about 500 full tank with about 3-4 min warm up/coool down times everyday in the morning and evening

i used to get around 390 first lolllllll wen the car was bog stock

changed to manual gearbox, new top gun leads, thermostat, bigger cooler and piping, pod filter and 2.5 inch press bent cat back zorst and am getting 500ish now
increase was noticed soon after the bigger cooler went in and exhaust was done

In the sprinter (similar for comparison) I get 450 km pretty much nearly every tank, that is fairly spirited driving too and from work, usually put about 40 litres in, open road gets more but not alot more due to bad ratios.
