    Default a341e gearbox

Is it at all possible to change the donut type rear of the box to a slip yoke?

I have a crown with a stuffed auto and i can source a celsior box cheap but has the wrong arse.

That is possible. All you have to do is dismantle both transmissions and assemble one with the slip yoke rear end .
