depends how much you wanna pay and what you want to be able to do. ie cook at home or just pay for meals. I would look at staying around the parramatta area, easy access to the show and shine plus drags it also has a large train station so access to the city isn't a prob for monday dinner
I may also be ale to help but out but that would just be a matress on the floor at home

Okay, since it's going to be important for every car type to get there around the same time I'm suggesting(if you want...) all Supra people meet up prior to the event and cruise in, in a pack.
There is a thread at the NSW Supra Clubs site on this....covering club entry, meeting places etc....still being finalised before the event...
