    nah m8 i cop shit from my mates all the time cos i take too long and cos im toooooo fussy with stuff ( car is also show car ) .

    The main thing is to get the maxium efficiency. Mate i would be happy with 300kw at 30psi and 8000rpm. What i want is 300kw with at 22-25psi and 7000rpm.

    HP is good for the track, where street, you want KM and HP.
    Longer at the best HP is the way

    Depending on the model TD04, 15psi may well be as high as you want to go. From working the numbers, it looks like the '99 WRX unit I've got will be really pushing the limits for efficiency above that.

    Do a web search, there are TD04 compressor maps out there.

    Can i ask a question halfway through?

    What will 365cc injectors get me to power wise and same for 440s?

    Also what size fuel lines would i need to support 440s?

    According to this injector calculator here, 4x 365cc injectors running at 100% duty cycle on a engine with a brake specific fuel consumption of 0.60 you can make 228hp, with 279 for 440s.
    Dunno how accurate that is in the real world though.

    I'm running 550cc injectors with the Celicas standard fuel lines, which are I think only 1/4". That's supporting 240rwhp, but wouldn't be doing the pump much good, 5/16" or 3/8" would be much more suitable.
    But 1/4" does do the job.

    Yep it is from a 2000 model WRX. i did a few searches and found that the efficiency limits of this turbo with a similar intercooler setup is around 17-18psi. I'll leave it at 14ish untill i've taken it in for a dyno tune.

    rough rule is that 550 cc injectors wil support 270 rwkw @ 55 psi providing rest of fuel system is up to task . pumps lines etc.

    I have made the 283 rwkw with 550cc injectors at 55 psi BUT they were fully maxed out and causing probs.

    What kind of power can you expect to make at 15psi with a stock motor and a TD04 from a rexxy? I've heard they spool damn hard, but tend to run out of puff...might be perfect for me if I can coax 200rwhp out of it...

    From what I've been able to find, about 200rwhp should be just about right...
