squid; no workmanship claims here, I havent had the job done yet, just old(ish) set of wheels, like 5-8yrs im guessing. and there is no big chunks either lads

I might try the painting Idea though, just so I can locate the leak. useless beaurepaires wanks found it but didnt mark it...

sorry to hear... knowing u're really busy and all it wouldn't be worth the trouble to go there and show them.. probably would be the same result.. they used to be really good and friendly too, when i dealt with them last...

A visit to the business normally sorts the pricks to the good ones, and also gives you a chance to see the quality of there work, even if it is a pain in the ass to do!

Advanced Alloy, and Ajax both have good reps,

I went to both of mine after spinningg out on a corner and meeting Mr. Square kerb on a wet night. Neither of them would touch my rim (teehee) saying even if they fixed it (a fair portion of the lip had been bent so hard, the steel bead of the tyre was Outside the lip of the wheel for about 10cm worth of distance). As they said even once fixed it would then crack the whole circumference of the wheel where they'd fixed it as soon as load got put on it.

Went to Neways in Hiedelberg "no worries mate, come back in a day or two, $60 (i think) and it'll be done"

Was done well, on time and hasn't caused any problem since

Well you could, but seriously, the trip out to hieldelber isnt that bad, you just jump on browns road or whatever it is and keep going. though it depends on the damage i gess. if Ajax will touch it, go for it
