1JZ-GTE Tensions

Can some one point me in the right direction for the tensions on everything for the 1JZ. Crank, flywheel, head bolts, conrod etc etc.....

Most 2JZ-GTE specs are the same...

Have a serch for the TSRM for that may help to some extent.

I have seen scans of the 1JZ engine manual before (in japanese) tho...good luck finding them!
