Time is priceless yet it costs us nothing. You can do anything you want with it but you can't own it.You can spend it but you can't keep it.And once you've lost it, there is no getting it back, it's just gone."

Can I suggest somewhere new like through to Bilpin (Bells Line of Road) where we could have lunch/dinner at the Apple Bar, McCarrs Creek Road through to West Head for a bushwalk/picnic, Brisbane Waters National Park through to Patonga, Bents Basin or Galston Gorge? Probably all done before but not for a while??
thats what I'm hoping will happen with the Royal National park BBQ/cruise as people can go for a bush work or just kick back in the grass or if you brave you can go for a swim but it will be to cold...
bents basin would be good for summer its just some people don't like going out that way, but heaps good idearOriginally Posted by Lucida
and galston gorge is a MUST Ive never done it so i will try and get a cruise dune up for it...
thanks Jessie for the suggestions

Possibly a cruise up to terrigal for lunch? I remember doing one when clint was over from WA and it was a good trip up there. Met at Thornleigh and drove via the OPH up to terrigal for some fish and chips. Also gives some of the guys from newcastle a chance to meet up as it's about half way?

Yes ok so they are national parks, but they have car parks, Some have picnic areas and are not tooo far away! A nice drive then rest and lunch at the picnic areas then a trip home

Ku-ring-gai chase is great idea but just remember to remind everyone they need to pay liek 10 bucks to enter the park, great drive and a damn nice location for a relaxed day out.
