Hi All!
Needed badly '95 1UZ-FE wiring diagrams a while ago, with no info available on the web. Finally, some guy at Lextreme came up with the following
http://s007.radikal.ru/i300/1011/27/9aa14b22fd1d.jpg
This diagram gives some good starting point, though colors and some designations are wrong. I found '91 aristo diagram useful for finding out how pin names correspond to sensor outputs. If someone ever need it, pm me.
As for connections, it was sufficient to:
1. Find starter relay blocking outputs from gearbox, hook up with starter relay and STA/NSW pins as per Aristo diagram
2. Connect BATT terminal to battery, +B and IGSW to master relay output
3. FC pin to fuel pump relay control (negative)
4. W pin to warning light (negative)
5. E1 pin was already grounded
6. The pins designated as T1, T2 and DG are most likely not that. Grounding them does not lead to errors readout mode.
7. As for harness, thick white wire was ignition power, thickest B-W wire powers injectors, thin blue with red wire powers everything else (MAF for example).
8. Some unusual thing was that igniters should be grounded externally.
Here's some video of the very first starting. It does not start for a long time because of poor ignitors grounding

and the first time the engine makes the car exit garage

Now it starts quickly, warning light dims, idles smoothly, drives fantastic. More video is on the way.

Engine conversion is when you drive a shitbox which costs a whole LEXUS to own
...and some video after the car is finished
final looks: like this
the whole concept of fitting relatively underpowered stock 1UZ in such a car is to get reliable one in perfect road-worthy condition in less than a half the price. In fact, due to specific Merc's engine's features I believe this car is even more reliable than perfectly refarbed stock condition.
Off-road performance didn't suffer from the swap, too. That's because transfer box in a g-merc is a self-contained device driven off gearbox by a small shaft. We just ordered a new custom one.
