Yah, 5 ground wires from the ECU to ground it.
A few to ground the sensors, I think I had to add one or two in order to have all the sensors grounded internally via the ECU.
The Adaptronic manual states not to use the TPS ground as a common ground for any other sensors either while I remember.

Oh man I hate it, i really do. I'm crap at soldering and I'm crap at remembering to put heatshrink on BEFORE I solder stuff and I'm crap at anythign that involves an ounce of patience...

I've never heard of using relay's in the injector circuits. Isn't that what the main power feed into the ECU is for??? And yes, relays for the Fuel pump and Thermo Fan(s) and other switchable aux, but injectors...
Why would you install four relay's, one for each injector output? Wouldn't the relay delay the signal to some extent as well?
Maybe i'm miss reading this...

No, ECU's generally don't provide power to the injectors.
An ignition controlled relay feeds 12V to one side, and the ECU grounds the other as required.
Oh, and you only need one fuse and relay for all injectors.
Agree that one relay & fuse for all four injectors would be the way to go, at least if something goes wrong you lose them all not just drop a single injector.
Other thing I need to know about is what appears to be the coil-on-plug setup.
Four wires from each one...

Yes, you are completely correct!
For some reason i was under the impression there were two wires for each injector coming from the ECU. I don't know what come over me there.

Shifty, I'm not all THAT familiar with the 3S's, and I didn't realise that the 3SGTE's had COP. I knew the Beams did, but maybe i'm mistaken.
The 4-wire COP connectors are not just coils, they are coils with built in ignitors.
IIRC the pins are:
12V
IGT
ION/IGF
GND
12V will come from a fuse/relay like the injectors, and GND will go to a clean earth point.
IGT is from the ECU and is the Ignition timing pulse, and ION/IGF can be left open, as it is the feedback for a factory ECU
Mine is very late; Caldina ST215... I think they're about a 99 model?
Early ones definitely not COP.

Pic for your reference. Sorry it's not great but it's just a general engine bay shot I already had from a while back. Should still be able to see COP setup.
